Radiologist’s slang for a surgeon’s missing Rolex found on an X-ray after abdominal surgery.

That works, in its own weird way. If that happened to me, I’d charge the surgeon, to get his watch back.

They’re also known for losing wedding rings at strip clubs… don’t think it takes an X-ray to find them though.

Maybe if you were lucky he also dropped in the key fob for his/her luxury car and you could just go get in it and drive it away.
